All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
If for any reason we anticipate delays due to a high volume of orders or any postal service problems outside of our control, we will contact you by email to update you on the status of your shipment.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to within the 48 contiguous United States.  Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii and any US territories.
Free shipping is offered on orders over $50.00

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.Â
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Follow the Action is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@followtheaction.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Carriers have limitations shipping to P.O. Boxes therefore we do not deliver packages to P.O Boxes.
